Rage, the one thing that is very hard to control when playing video games. Whether it be on-line or on a console, whether you're a professional tibia gamer or just a casual. It can often lead to negative results along with a dreadful experience whilst gaming. Today I am going to help you overcome rage and to try to keep you as calm as you can when playing video games.

The first thing to remember is the reason why everyone play video games. Everyone play because you ENJOY it. You have to remember when you first started gaming everyone didn't really care about winning every single game everyone played. You were just having so much fun playing. Sometimes we have to go back to that mentality when we game and enjoy the game as if it is the first time we are playing.

The more angry you will get the worse everyone play. This even happens to professional athletes when they compete. The same thing applies to gaming. How will you possibly be playing your best when you are so mad? You can't, it's actual that simple.

Stay optimistic, no matter what the situation in game is. Even if you play with additional gamers in games like League of Legends etc and have a few gamers who are just daunting. Name calling and raging in them isn't really doing any good for your team. Say something optimistic to your team friends to lift up their spirits which will often lead them to being confident, the more confident they are the better they will play. I've been in several situations where it looks like we are about to lose and we just stay optimistic and targeted after which convert the game xenobot around to get a win.

Have a break. When you start feeling the rage burning up inside then maybe it is time to get a break. You can go watch something to the television for a while. Take a walk or go for a run. Go to the gym and do a good work out or go to a friend's house and chill out for a couple of hours and if it's actual too late to accomplish these things then maybe go to bed so you can start healthy in the morning. Don't keep playing because you are going to click and make it worse for yourself.

Listening to comforting music can also aid whilst gaming. It can keep you calm even when things are not heading right for you. You don't need to have the volume blasting away at your ears, just keep it at a stage which is enough to hear but not too loud where it can deafen everyone.

I used to usually rage and get mad when gaming but by using these tips I have become the calm gamer. I'm not going to rest and say I in no way get mad because that is a part of our nature but I don't rage as much as I used to which has also helped me become a better gamer.
